TLF ID M020594

What happens when you type a web address or url into your computer and press enter? Watch this clip to find out! Computers and servers talk to each other in a language called HTTP. What are the messages they send and recieve mostly about? HTML is another language, one that tells a web browser how to make a web page look. It tells the browser what text to display and how this text should look (its size, whether it needs to be in bold etc). It also tells the browser where images should go. Why do images and videos sometimes take a while to load onto a web page? What is cookie data? And how do you know if your connection to the internet is secure?
