The principles are presented in three sections and link to important information about the attributes of each of the principles. The principles about place are enhancing, connected, diverse and enduring - they aim to create a context for people to engage with place. The principles about people are comfortable, vibrant, safe and walkable - they aim to create a context for people to engage with each other.
