This is a review of a 2012 dance performance titled 'Kentaro!! brings contemporary Japanese dance and choreography to Mumbai'. Kentaro!! is a contemporary Japanese dancer.   • This is a resource of great value for the Responding strand of the Dance curriculum in lower secondary schooling. The content descriptions focus on students responding to dance and dance artists and considering the broader contexts of their works, and their contribution to the development of contemporary dance. The resource gives students the opportunity to examine the performance closely and to read the reviewer's comments about how the artist integrates aspects of Japanese minimalism with contemporary hip-hop, mime and street movements.
