Flynn helps Dodly gather information about monsters' favourite foods for Dodly's new cafe menu.

Watch and learn while the two monsters research their friends' favourite foods and then display and organise this information.

Things to think about

  1. 1.Flynn and Dodly need to gather information about monsters' favourite foods for the restaurant menu. What is the favourite food of people around you? How could you organise this information?
  2. 2.Watch and see how Flynn and Dodly organise their information. What is the most popular food for the restaurant? What is the least popular?
  3. 3.Flying Girl sorted the creatures she found by number of legs, then by whether they could fly. How could you organise the animals in a zoo into groups? Draw how you might do that. Make sure you label each group. Collect coloured counters and sort them into groups. Which colour has the most counters? Which has the least?
  4. 4.Find out some information about people around you. Use Yes/No questions such as 'Do you have a pet?' or more detailed questions such as 'What is your favourite pet?' Record the answers. How could you show this information?
