Organised in nine sections: Summary; Target student group; Method; Results; Next steps; Lessons learned; Research base; Further reading and links; and Contacts, the resource summarises how one-on-one, in-class coaching to improve teacher capacity was an integral part of a range of statewide strategies, involved 270 coaches and hundreds of schools, and targeted thousands of teachers and students over a five-year period.
