Video Advertising for love

TLF ID M019255

In 1875, when Edward William Cole was in need of a wife, he did the practical thing: he advertised for one. Mr Cole owned what was, in its time, regarded as the largest bookstore in the world, Cole's Book Arcade in Melbourne. In this clip, Aden Rolfe tells a quirky Australian love story, using digital media and illustrations by Christopher Gooch. This clip was taken from a series titled 'Radio With Pictures'.
