Viewers will discover how EcoTender, a land management scheme being trialled by the Victorian Government, is combining science and economics to fix our damaged Australian farmland. It provides a good example of the benefits of scientific modelling.

At the same time it addresses science understanding and science as a human endeavour requirements for year 9 science students. This resource has potential benefit for year 9 students to develop science skills of processing data.
