This resource addresses Science Understanding in the area of biological science for year 8 science students. This resource could be used to clarify the relationship between respiration and breathing. Information is presented in a table, and methods to test for the presence of carbon dioxide and water so this resource could be used to develop Science Inquiry Skills from the Australian Curriculum.
