'Betachek G5' blood-glucose monitor

This is an assembled blood-glucose monitor. It was manufactured by National Diagnostic Products at some stage between 2000 and 2003. It is made from plastic and rubber, and consists of a monitor with electronic liquid crystal display screen, a set of buttons and a test strip.
