SUBJECTS:  English

YEARS:  F–2, 3–4, 5–6, 7–8

Are you sometimes a bit scared to share your writing with other people?

Find out what Andy Griffiths recommends.

If you don't have a journal or a diary, why not get your hands on an exercise book and start writing a little bit every day to practise. As Andy says, you can write about any crazy thing you like! It's only for you to read.

After a while you might feel like turning one of your crazy ideas into a story. When you're happy with your story, choose a close friend or a family member to read it. Can they offer you any useful feedback or advice to help you make it even better?
